1980s Interior Design

Jose Angelo “Jam” Martinez is a 30-year-old mechanical engineer from the Philippines. He is the 19th incarnation of Leander from Greek mythology. He and Hero were cursed by Athen when he seduced the priestess Hero. They are fated to be reborn in a different body immediately after death while carrying all of the memories from their past lives until they are able to sanctify their love. During their various incarnations, they began to blame each other for their failures to get married and have a family. This led to them eventually hating each other, to the point where they actually killed each other in their past lives. They are inexplicably drawn to each other whenever within proximity of one another. They can recognize each other despite being in different bodies, different races, or genders. He still dreams of escaping the curse, one day he was given a chance when he was chosen as the head of a group of mechanical engineers hired by EAM for their Philippines branch. He meets Hero once again now known as Madison Anderson from the US. They are forced to work together when they are targeted for elimination when they uncover a plot to sabotage EAM. Jam like Madison is multilingual and he also possesses the accumulative knowledge and wisdom from all of his different incarnations throughout the millennium. He has not seen Hero for over 500 years, which led him to believe that she might have already broken her curse. He decided to live normally and settle down in every one of his incarnations. He is characterized as good at everything, always giving a helping hand to everyone even assisting in whatever random tasks his neighbors need. He is loved by their neighborhood. Jam is 5’9 in height, 70kgs, with an athletic build. He has tan skin, a heart-shaped face with a well-defined jaw line, narrow eyes, a slightly big nose that somehow adds to his charm and full wide lips.
