Happy Birthday, Jamie!

In honor of your birthday,
I was thinking what to do,
I thought I would just buy a card—
It's just not enough for you.

I started writing out this poem,
Not knowing what to say—
I got my words together,
Which took most of the day!

The message that I want to give
Is coming from my heart,
I love you like a daughter,
I knew that from the start.

On this day, your birthday,
I hope it is the best—
Go celebrate your heart out
And make it better than the rest!
