A young man, just about to graduate high school, works at a local pizza shop to help his mom pay bills at home. His father had recently passed, leaving the family in a pile of gambling debts. The pizzeria is owned and operated by a middle aged couple, both Italian-Americans from New York. The young man grows close to the couple, almost like a surrogate family. The couple view the young man as a surrogate son since, due to the husband's low sperm count, they could never conceive. Eventually they grow so close that the husband asks the young man if he can give his wife the one thing he couldn't: a baby. The young man is hesitant, but agrees and one night, after the shop closes, the wife and the young man lay together on a mattress set down in the storage room. They make love. He's nervous, but she takes control. The wife enjoys it a lot more than she anticipated due to the young man's enormous cock and his seemingly innate sense of how to use it.
