Please note that, as per our cancellation policy, the base room rate and GET tax are non-refundable due to the cancellation occurring within 7 days of arrival. However, we understand that medical emergencies are unforeseen circumstances. As a gesture of goodwill, we'd like to offer you a 25% credit on your original room rate towards a future booking within the next 12 months. This credit will be applied automatically to your account once the refund is processed. You can use this credit when making your next reservation by mentioning your reservation number #139875.
