Plank Row o Staying in that strong plank position, adding in that row with those weights, alternating between both sides. o Inhale, pull one elbow towards your ribcage, engaging your back muscles. Exhale, return to the plank position. 10. Clamshell (Right Hip): o Gently drop to those knees, lying on your right hip, knees come to a 90-degree bend, feet in line with those hips, and right arm is underneath the shoulder, make sure we are lifting out of that shoulder. o Take a deep inhale and as you exhale, slowly lift your left knee up towards the ceiling, keeping your heels together and focusing on engaging your glute. o Inhale as you close. 11. Side Lying Leg Raise (Left Leg lifts): o Extend those legs out long, remaining in that side-lying position. o Inhale and as you exhale, slowly lift your left leg up towards the ceiling, keeping your hips stable.
