I am going through Pilates instructor training and they want us to program a sequence to audition for, they want us to be detailed writing out our cues along with the movement, it is a 15 min sequence. Here is what I want to do- 1. Bicep curl 2. After a few reps add a wide curl and make the bicep and wide curl a combo 3. Then transition into a W-press 4. Then left leg back into a reverse lunge (add that wide curl) 5. Open up to a goddess squat to the Greenville side of the room (weights come to chest) also add alternating heel lifts, then pulse in right, then switch to pulse in left, and hold 6. Then pivot to the back of the room going into that other reverse lunge (add bicep curl) 7. Then extend arms long and transition into a reverse chest fly 8. Then transition into a plank (so dropping the weights) 9. Add in a row alternating between both arms 10. Then come to knees and transition into a clamshell on the right hip 11. Then a side lying leg raise (left leg up) 12. Then side jacknife 13. Then reverse plank 14. Then other side jacknife 15. Side lying leg raise (right leg up) 16. Then clamshell on other side 17. Then transition into crunches 18. Then a single leg stretch 19. Then a double leg stretch
