[SCENE START]

EXT. PARK - DAY

LIM, a rusty, clumsy-looking robot with mismatched parts, sits slumped on a park bench. Usually buzzing with mischievous energy, he’s unusually still. A single, drooping antenna hangs low.

PIPPY (4), a bright-eyed child, skips up to him, clutching a brightly colored ball. PERA, a fluffy white robotic rabbit, hops alongside her.

PIPPY Lim! Why are you so sad? Let's play!

Lim barely glances at them.

LIM (monotone) No, Pippy. No fun today.

PERA (concerned) Lim, you're usually so… lively! What's wrong?

Lim sighs, a puff of rusty dust escaping his vents.

LIM I… I’ve lost my mischief. My urge to… you know… be Lim. It's gone.

Pippy tilts her head, confused.

PIPPY Mischief? Is that like… making silly faces?

LIM (a faint smile) Something like that. But… I don't feel like it anymore.

PERA Maybe you need a… mischief recharge?

Pippy claps her hands.

PIPPY Yeah! A mischief recharge! We can help!

PERA We could start with a silly walk!

Pera demonstrates a wobbly, exaggerated walk, Pippy giggling and copying. Lim watches, a flicker of amusement in his eyes.

PIPPY And then… a tickle fight!

Pippy launches into a playful tickle attack on Lim, who initially resists, then lets out a surprised chuckle.

LIM (laughing) Hey! That tickles!

PERA And how about a game of hide-and-seek?

They play hide-and-seek, Lim initially reluctant, but gradually becoming more engaged. He even uses his rusty parts to his advantage, creating comical hiding spots.

[SCENE TRANSITION]

EXT. PARK - LATER

The sun is setting. Lim, Pippy, and Pera are sprawled on the grass, exhausted but happy.

LIM (grinning) Wow. I… I think my mischief is back!

He playfully bumps Pera, causing the rabbit robot to topple over comically. He then chases Pippy, playfully trying to “capture” her.

PIPPY (laughing) Get me, Lim! Get me!

PERA (laughing) Oh, Lim, you're terrible! But in a fun way!

Lim laughs, his antenna bouncing with renewed energy. He’s back to his old, mischievous self.
